Original poster: "Philip Brinkman" <peeceebee-at-mindspring-dot-com> Tom: Another option to reduce racing sparks/strike to ground rail may be to raise the torroid hieght above the secondary, When I had racing sparks I did this,(added 2") also added another 8 coats of varnish to the secondary, (I also raised the secondary quarter inch above primary.)
