That's a good power filter.  They are worth alot of money.  I have a 30 amp
version sitting behind my A/V rack powering my home stereo.  I've often
wondered how well it would work to filter noise from a tesla coil, then I
remember how much it weighs (78 pounds),  ooofff!    These ONEAC
transformers are high quality!  They re-establish a low impedance between
neutral and ground though the secondary of the isolation transformer.  There
is some surge suppression components in them too.  Look em up on the net.
I'm going to stick with the Corcom line filters for my tesla coil.
