Seems it's just what it is.. A HV power supply for 3 CRTs that will be run 
in synchronism (which is the way projectors work...since they generate 
separate Red,Green,Blue video signals for each CRT).  Since the Horizontal 
signal (usually used for generating the HV) is going to be the same for all 
tubes, it makes sense to share the circuitry.

Probably has one primary and 3 secondaries, each secondary with it's own 
tripler chain.
