I have a 9kV/60mA NST and is has a secondary ground thingy. It also has a
reset button that I believe the guy who I got this from said will let it run
with the leads shorted for like 30 minutes.

I'm testing my safety/spark gap out, and it wont attempt to arc unless i
press that button. is there anyway around this?
