Hey Congrats on the big win!!

    For the county science fair, I might suggest ( if it is not too late), 
that you explore certain other salts, such as epsom salts.  I would think 
performance of salt water caps is more a function of the salt solubility 
plus the total number of ions in the electrolyte solution.  I would guess 
that the solution conductivity is the main factor in performance due to the 
solution's resistance to conduction within the capacitor itself.  I don't 
have access to my CRC handbook being that I'm at work at the moment, but 
there are salts that have greater solubility than sodium chloride and those 
such as epsom salts have more than one cation per anion and may increase 
performance.
