A couple of years ago the military was developing what they called a 
"non-lethal weapon" for "crowd control". It consisted of a MW generator on 
a gun mount which would boil the sweat off the skin of a "target" or simmer 
their eyeballs in their own tears. I believe that bad PR derailed the 
project "officially". Good stuff to be very careful around!
