So how does one do that without overvolting the 60kv cap? Seems like TC streamers are alot more than that. Heckuva arc with only 75 J, like to see that with 10kJ.

But his big cap discharged, through arc overs, to the AC line and exploded neighbor's light bulbs and stuff!!! If the cap's energy connects with the AC line, massive destruction may be done to everything!!!
