Not quite so reVOLTing development(s)

Development #1
For what it's worth, I got the MMC re-arranged to 10.7143 nF, and I at
least have my streamers back. There seems to be no improvement in the
LENGTH of the streamers, although they are hotter, more numerous, and
much better-defined.

Development #2
The readers of this list may remember a thread a few months back, where
I queried the possibility that my coil MAY have been interfering with
the accuracy of my digital clamp-on ammeter... well, I finally got my
ANALOG clamp-on repaired, and was able to verify. Where the digital
unit showed wild swings in current up to the hundreds of amps, analog
metering showed only a minor fluctuation between 9 and 10.5 amps. In
summation... Speedway brand digital clamp-ons are not well suited for
coiling work, and Amprobe brand analog clamp-ons totally "rule". :D
