I'm Assuming adjustability is desired?
Random, untested, thought:
   Smallish Stainless Steel Hose clamp?
   Seems it would be:
       adjustable?
        Uniform inward radial force applied?
          (minimizing tube crushing...)
         Some Stainless can be soldered to, with care, and the right flux...
