It's usually a good idea to start out again with 25-30 turns to see exactly
where resonance is achieved.  You can even tape some cardboard on the outer
edges of your supports to add extra turns.

With a larger cap, it should take less turns to hit resonance but you need
to be sure you have enough turns to explore a large range of tuning points.
