I too have a 200 amp service, but I doubt I use very
much of it. There are four houses on my 25 kVA
groundhog. Try adding up all of your loads. Don't
simply add the breaker ratings, but read your stove,
washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. I suspect you'll end up
with a small fraction of 200. The worst time for the
power company is the summer, so don't add any heaters
besides your water heater.
