Yes, it's a standard 9 stage x 30 kV/stage multiplier.  Upper area has 80
pcs of 8.5 x 10^9 resistors for current control.  Each cap is .02 MFD 30 kV
DC.  Essentially, it's our replacement for a Van de Graaff --- no more
changing belts, greasing bearings, etc.  It's so quiet you can barely notice
it running --- a slight hiss at the full 270 kV DC.
