     Hi Adam!
     I use one to control my triggered gap in my conventional coil. You
should have no problems as long as your enclosure is shielded, power is
clean, etc. I did find that I needed a .1uF between MCLR and ground to
prevent spurious resets, but that's good practice anyway. Let me know if you
have any problems and I'll help troubleshoot if I can-
