With a higher power coil I would consider Delrin, not wood (fire hazard).

Have a local machine shop cut it for you with a standard 1/2 inch dia. ball
nose cutter on a milling machine.  Usually takes approx 30 min. to do all
the cuts for a standard set of 8 pcs.  Use 3/4 inch wide x 1 inch high white
delrin (acetyl) stock.
