Correction: 3 frequencies without spark, 2 with spark. If the tuning
is perfect and the primary gap doesn't quench, 2 frequencies with
sparks,
one with spark.

Example:

Perfect tuning:
Primary capacitor: 10 nF
Primary inductors: 45 uH
Secondary inductances: 30 mH
Secondary capacitances: 30 pF
k=0.10497 in both transformers. Mode 9:10.

Without spark: resonances in 159.6 kHz and 177.3 kHz.
With spark: resonance in 168.7 kHz (Primary voltage only.
The secondary voltages are null).

Mistuned: One of the coupling coefficients changed to 0.2, and the
corresponding capacitance changed to 20 pF:
Without spark: 160.1 kHz, 172.4 kHz, 211.5 kHz
The voltage over the changed capacitor looks all wrong, and the
energy transfer is incomplete.
With spark: resonances in 168.7 kHz and 185.1 kHz.
