They are TDK at 1.6nF 30kV.  It is an old one I used to use.  Works fine.

9 amps is a LOT of current!  It would be hard for an NST coil to push over 
15 amps, so putting these in parallel should easily be able to take the 
current.

Should work great.  Be sure to use safety gaps since these caps do not like 
overvoltage.
