If it's a 1725rpm induction motor or a 1750 rpm, it will convert to
1800 and should get 4 flats.    If it's an 3450 rpm motor, then it
gets 2 flats and goes to 3600 rpm.   1725/1750 rpm motors cannot
go to 3600 when modified.
