Have you tried to compensate the probe for that channel.  Swap probes and
see if the poor edge follows the probe or stays with the channel.  If the
probe,  there may be a compensation adjustment on the outside of the probe.
Some probes also have a hi freq compensation adjustment on the inside of the
probe.  Also make sure the capacitive adjustment range of the probe matches
the input capacitance of the scope.
