www.rfparts-dot-com has some standard bypass ceramic caps rated up to about
10kV.  Ebay usually has a bunch of ceramic doorknob type capacitors.
Also if you check Cornell Dubilier website, they have distributors for some
of their ceramic capacitors on the website.
What values are you looking for in particular??
