Isolation transformers do not do much as far as EMI is concerned especially
at high frequencies.
You still need a EMI filter.

Its huge - I'd personally strip the secondary off the core, gap it and use
it as a 30A ballast for a PT! Having said that, isolation transformers are
very good filters, stopping EMI getting back into the line.
