I dont have very good meters.  My ammeter is a cheap radio shack clamp 
meter that gives different readings depending on what direction its 
clamped.  Oh and by the way, wtill with my crappy elbow joint toroid, i got 
avery max of 12 &3/8".  Hopefully a little more with my new toroid im 
making tonight.
