I couldn't tell you for electrocution.. however.. shocked
is a different story.. 

It's a moderate to strong tingle.. and quite unpleasant..
I'm not sure how to describe it.. (I found out the hard
way... this was BEFORE I was better informed about the
effects.. ) 

It all depends on the conditions of the situation
(grounding, ect.. )
