Bill,
If the secondaries are isolated from the core then the insulation will have
to hold off 15Kv instead of 7.5Kv. The insulation next to the core probably
isn't rated for that kind of voltage. The inside lead of each secondary must
be connected to the core for proper insulation cabability.
