Good cheap large caps?

So, I'm about ready to pronounce one of my homebuilts dead... funny thing
is that 
it is my "good" one that has given me few problems thus far.  Now, my question 
to  you all is:

WHERE CAN I FIND A LARGE CAP (min .018uF - max .050uF) FOR A REASONABLE PRICE?

Primary transformers are currently two NSTs 12kV/30mA wired in parallel, but I 
may be upgrading to a pig later this summer.  I figure you'd all know
better than 
me where to look.
