Mike and any others with similar interests:

	You can get information about operation on that and the other VLF band
by subscribing to the "lowfer" reflector mail list:  

"To subscribe, send to MAJORDOMO-at-qth-dot-net "subscribe lowfer" (Do not
send to list!!)"

To unsubscribe just use the same procedure but use "unsubscribe" instead
of "subscribe".  This list has lots of information on narrow-band VLF
communications and computer programs which should be of interest to you
if you're serious.
