I have some bad news all:

        The 2002 Northern California Teslathon is now officially off and
will not happen at least at this time.  Some other possible locations are
being looked into, but certainly for the moment nothing is going to happen.

As it supposedly says on the gates of hell, abandon all hope... The Navy
brass has "permanently" banned all Tesla coil running at the base. I am
hoping I can rent some temporary spot outside the base in the future for a
thon but as of now the SF thon is off.
