Hi INMAN...


first off  the capacitance rating is way too hi for a T coil,  you need 
more like .001 mF to .01 mf -at- 50KV to be in the working range...  unless 
you plan to series all 20 of the caps...   thats alot of space ...

the resistors are a hampering effect too...  

they are designed for sudden surge draw from the user of the power 
supplier  and also they preform a bit of phase shifting during heavy 
current draw. ( kinda like PFC's)

maybe someone else can explain in more detail of thier function...
