Hi Dan,

You don't want the current to go through you, and then you want as little as
possible going through you.  "Ungrounded" is definitely best!!  If the chair
adds say 5000000 to one's 2000 ohms, then a 250000 volt jolt has a current of
0.05 amps.  Now if your grounded, we get 250000 volts into 2000 ohms for a
whooping 125 amps!  The chair could mean the difference between a sharp sting
and a funeral...
