Hello AGAIN,

how are the human discharge experiments where somone
stands on an insulated stool and shocks stuff while
holding a TC done???

i realize it has to do with the skin effect of high
frequency but at the kind of amperage a TC puts out
wouldent that burn skin???  


i hope you all dont mind me putting my seprate ideas
in seperate posts...  i find it more appropriate to
seperate ideas but if it is a problem do tell....
