 From memory, 300V across the tube, about 2.2kV at diddly-swat Amps on 
the trigger electrode.  (TSG in a jar...) Examine and understand circuit 
of Kodak Max Flash camera to see how this works - there are schematics 
on the Web; look at schematics on http://www.repairfaq-dot-org
