Yes.  I use them in a dual MOT voltage doubler supply.  Use a variac to
slowly ramp up power to the MOTS to limit in-rush current when you turn on
the supply, or add a few hundred ohms of resistance in series with the
diodes if you are going to hit the MOTS with full power (no variac).
Typical oven diodes are rated for at least 350 ma - some at 550 ma.
