yes" no pcbs in the oil"  but what about the capacitors, those old oil filled
capacitors could contain PCBs and if one has ever overheated and leaked into
the tank the oil in the tank will be over the detectable acceptable levels no
matter how many times you flush the tank with clean oil.  call your local oil
company and they can provide you a sample container that you should fill with
oil in question and have tested...it will cost you to test it and it will cost
you even more if the oil is PCB excessive...then you have to visit you local
EPA people to get info on how to dispose of the nasty stuff,,,more money
