PFC - Theory Question

Hi

Can someone remind exactly how we size PFC capacitors?  (The technical 
way rather than rule of thumb.)

What variables do I need to know to perform the calculation?  I know my 
mains frequency and the value of Pi to a few decimal places ;-)  Do I 
need to measure the inductance of my MOT?
