Matt, 
    I am looking at my wire tables and it appears that you somehow have the DC
resistances off by a factor of 1000. 
Here is what I see: 
10g wire has just under one ohm resistance at 20ºC per 1000 feet.  The weight
you show, is close enough, but how did you arrive at 6.4 KOhms?  As I said
above, I think you may have the DC resistances off by a factor of 1000 and they
are really just Ohms, not KOhms.
