You dont need PFC on a PT... The reason that PTs are used is because their
PFC is incredibly close to 100%!!! Even if you did need to correct a
transformer from 98 to 100% you wouldnt need a PFC cap as big as 330uF!!!!
If you find that your PTs PFC is wrong then check your ballast (if it is
inductive) for leakage inductance!!!!!
