Two more questions......

Can I use a microwave oven cap in place of the motor run cap? If not, where
could I find such a capacitor?

How loud is such a TSG in comparison to a simple static multi gap (ie, RQ
style)? I live in a very urban area so I'd like to keep noise to a minimum
if possible. (I realize TCs are inherently loud but if one does offer
significant lower volumes, which I suppose is unlikely, it would make a
difference)
