You have obviously not even attempted to tune your coil at all... I am also
not sure what you mean by your secondary dimensions. Do you mean that the
secondary is 1/2 inch thisc and 24 inches long? That would mean a turns
ratio of 48:1. This is far too high - a 1/2 inch tube means that you would
need a winding about 2" long!!!

You need to build a new secondary then re-tune the coil.
