secondary voltage

Hi coilers
I've heard of a formula to calculate the secondary voltage. It is
U(out)=U(in)*C(prim)/C(sec).
My primary C is 40 nF,my secondary (coil+toroid) 20 pF,so this is a
relationship of 2000:1.The effective input voltage is 7300 V,so the peak
voltage is abt 10 kV.That would mean I have a sec. voltage of
20.000.000 V.And anyhow I can't believe this.Someone wants to clear
things up for me ?
