If you have enough of them...  You may have to put them in series to get
enough voltage stand off and then you have to put them in parralel to get
enough capacitance.  You will end up needed a giant array of them since the
spacing Beteen plates is large and the capacitance of each cap is small.
It may be so large that just the inductance of all the wiring will be a big
problem...  On trick is to submerse them in oil but you still need a bunch...

High voltage vacuum caps in the 15kV 500pF size are far more compact but
you would still need 10 to 20 of them for a small TC.  New vacuum caps are
too expensive and E-bay never has enough.  Far better to make a nice MMC
instead...
