Once it became clear that the SCR Dimmer wouldn't work, I had Terry
pull it from hot-streamer for two reasons:
1. Why confuse the masses with a circuit that will not meet requirements?
2. I had not personally built the circuit, so it was still a "pipe dream" in my
    eyes, even though the circuit was published in a respected trade magazine.
If there is interest, we can repost.  The new idea I'm working on I think
may be a better long term solution if circuit complexities can be solved, and
simplified to meet needs of average experimenter.
