1. You CAN parallel NST's with different output voltages.  It's a bit
hard to figure out how they will share the load if it's capacitative as
in TC's, but they will work.  For example, I have paralleled a 12 kV and
a 15 kV transformer (60 ma each) and they seemed to work OK.

2. Yes, the currents add.
