Hi Ryan,

At the very least I think you should cut yourself some baffle disks and
glue them in place inside your secondary form to create two or three
compartments.  This will aid in preventing a recurrance of your inside
arc-over which was likely caused by your initial tuning error.  

I'd glue the baffles in place on a very dry day so that there is mimimal
moisture trapped within the secondary.  On my new secondary which I'm in
the process of building at this time, I'm going to purge the inside with
dry nitrogen gas before sealing it up.
