for large reels of enamelled copper wire, possibly The Scientific Wire Co
may be able to help, unfortunately I dont't have a URL for them, smaller
reels are available from Maplin, or Electrovalue. High voltage cable is
trickier, personally i use solid polythene dielectric  coax cable minus the
screening.
