Hi Erik...

the best glue is  10-24 S.S. BHCS  ;)

ummm  glue to lexan  thats not an easy one to do ... normal glues ( even 
epoxy ) doesnt stick to lexan that well without alot of surface preparation.

best bet   drill and use bolts ...
