Hi all 

      I have heard that someone thought of replacing the low current triac 
in a dimmer with a more bulky powerful one for a triggered gap  i lookede 
them up on digikey but there are different typews what type would i need? 

(Sorry terry i know this might be a little off subject but i hope you don't
