Adjustable Zero-Crossing Detector

Hey List,
I see you're after some ideas for a zero-crossing detector.
I've built several of these in the past though not for tesla purposes.
The output pulse width can be adjusted as well as the timing, several degrees
before and after zero-crossing. The amplitude of the pulse is 5 volts.

There are notes on the schematic.
