Hi Justin,

Knowing nothing about the particular situation in your area (I can guess, tho
 :-),
I can only speak as a certified scrounger. Trying to get Tesla and electrical
goodies
by calling on the phone is not going to work. You must go in person. Try very
hard
to avoid the gum-chewing receptionist by going out in the back in the yard or
where the
workers are. Get to the EE type who will probably have to give final approval
but that is
not always the case. You gotta schmooze, reconnoiter, and work on the vibes of
of the situation. Speak in technical terms to show that you know what you
want. Be prepared to offer a few bucks (no credit card) and don't drive
there in your Rolls.

Good luck on the hunt.
