        I see this effect with my Marx generator ... after I discharge it, I
have to cycle power
to get the inverter going again, but it appears to be backlash (ringback)
from the discharge
not EMP.   I don't believe though that Darin is to this stage yet ...

Unfortunately, disconnecting the inverter from a live Cockroft is a sure
recipe for
damaging the Cockroft ... from years of experience.  Building 10,000
Cockroft
Multipliers and Inverters kinda takes you through every failure scenario at
a few times.
