Almost, 
1=0.15-at-2kv, 2=0.075-at-4kv, 3= 0.05-at-6kv, 4=0.0375-at-8kv 5=0.03-at-10kv, 6=0.025-at-12kv, 
... 10=.015-at-20kv....C(string)=C(of one)/N -at-N kv.
