I bought a 14 Lb spool of 21AWG copper magnet wire
from Brigar Electronics for $26.95.  That's what?...$2
per pound?  The raw copper is worth that much. The

607-723-3111. 21AWG is close enough to 20AWG for hobby
purposes.
